• Solid understanding of infrastructure systems (roads, wet utilities, dry utilities, stormwater, sewer, and water networks).
• Awareness of international BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Experience with clash detection, coordination workflows, and model federation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BIM coordination and clash detection across all disciplines using Navisworks and related tools.

• Support site and project teams with BIM-based clarifications, model reviews, sequencing analysis, and constructability support.
• Review and validate shop drawings, method statements, and as-built models using BIM.

• Monitor BIM deliverables, timelines, and quality to ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance support to BIM team members.
• Support preparation of COBie data, asset registers, quantities, and handover models (LOD 500 / As-Built).
• Report BIM progress, risks, and coordination issues to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architecture).
• 7–10 years of BIM experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or coordination role within a construction or contracting company.
• Strong multidisciplinary BIM knowledge across Civil, Infrastructure, and MEP systems.
• Solid understanding of LOD requirements (up to LOD 500 / As-Built).
• Strong knowledge of BIM interoperability, COBie, and asset data requirements.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
• Experience with clash detection, coordination workflows, and BIM execution planning.
• Familiarity with shop drawings, RFIs, site coordination, and construction sequencing.
