The works include the rehabilitation and upgrading of the Desert Highway Road R1 – Contract 1 of approximately 65km extending from Queen Alia International Airport Interchange to Al Qatranah.
The Work include, but not limited to, the following:
1. Pavement rehabilitation.
2. Road safety improvement, traffic signing and traffic marking.
3. Drainage improvement including culverts, dykes, drainage underground pipelines, slope protection and ditches.
4. Traffic safety installation and slope protection treatment.
