General refurbishment works at the Embassy that includes:

• Refurbishment of the existing residence and associated structures of an area of 2300m2.
• Construction of a new Annex Building of area 900m2 and a new Guard House of area 200m2.
• Site works, hard and soft landscaping
• All associated electrical and mechanical works that included full coordination with the security installation to meet the highest requirements of the Australian Government.
