Contract Management Planning Coordinator Job Opportunity MID Contracting
MID Contracting Company is looking for a talented Contract Management and Planning Coordinator for managing all contractual, commercial, and coordinating planning activities across the project lifecycle. ensures proper contract administration, coordination of project schedules, tracking of variations, and reporting on progress and compliance in alignment with MID’s policies and project objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
· Contract Management; drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts and subcontracts in coordination with the legal, procurement, and project management team.
· Ensure all contracts comply with MID’s policies, project specifications, and legal requirements (e.g., FIDIC conditions).
· Maintain a comprehensive register of all contracts, subcontracts, and related correspondence.
· Track key contractual milestones, variations, and approvals.
· Support the preparation of contractual correspondence, including claims, notices, and extensions of time (EOT).
· Monitor compliance with contractual terms and identify potential risks or deviations.
· Coordinate with site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual matters.
· Support the evaluation and documentation of variation orders and claims.
· Project Planning and Scheduling.
· Reporting and Coordination.
· Resource and Cost Planning.
· Continuous Improvement.
Qualifications and Competencies:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other engineering related field.
· Experience: 10 to 20 years.
· Contractor experience in multi packages’ large projects.
· Wide and mature experience in FIDIC (Red & Silver) for contractor.
· High skills in technical writing for contract administration.
· Good interpersonal skill & a team player.
· Excellent Communication Skills.
· Team Player.
· Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
