MID Contracting scope of work included:

• Civil Work : All Partitions, Plastering, Water Tanks , Car Parks , Water Treatment Plant , and Civil Works for Swimming Pools

• Mechanical Works : HVAC , BMS, Domestic , Fire Fighting, Fuel Distribution, Gas Distribution, Grey Water and Irrigation Systems. Kitchen and Laundry.

• Electrical Works: Lighting , Stand by Generators , Fire Alarm , Interactive system including Rooms Televisions ,  SMATV system , Power system including Cables, Main and sub and final Distribution panels , CCTV, Public Address, UPS, PABX .

• Finishing Works: 15,000 m2 GRC Façade cladding, Painting, Marble and Granite tiling and wall cladding, Antique and Bronze metal doors, and Carpets for banqueting and offices.

• Furniture : Supply and install of all furniture for Guest Rooms, Reception Area, Restaurants and Banqueting Hall.

• External Landscape: Swimming pools (200 meter length), Pool and beach bars, Beach Tents, Beach walkways and showers and plantation.
