Fit-out and finishing works.

Hardscape and softscape.

Supply and installation of low current systems.

Design, supply, erect and certify by the Civil Defense all Fire Fighting System works.

All HVAC & duct works.

All electrical works.

All instrumentation works.

Pre-commissioning and Commissioning.

Defect Liability / Warranty & Maintenance Period for one year after mechanical works completion.
