MEP Manager

Summary:-

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient MEP Manager to lead the coordination, planning, execution, and delivery of MEP systems on major construction projects. You will oversee design reviews, manage subcontractors, ensure quality and compliance, and drive timely completion of all MEP works in line with project specifications and budget.

Main Responsibilities:-
1) Leading all MEP activities as (MEP Manager) to be consider as high-level reference for MEP works and as per MID polices.
2) Developing projects action plans (identifying activities, tasks, and duration), schedules and procedures as per pre-defined budget and quality standards, and follow up effective implementation on regular basis to meet the objectives.
3) Review and validate MEP design documents, shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with project specs.
4) Coordinate with consultants, and subcontractors to ensure integration of MEP systems within civil works.
5) Measuring projects performance ( progress, cost, quality, and safety KPIs for MEP deliverables) using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and develop corrective actions as needed to maintain project schedule, technical path, budget, quality and safety this shall be through regular reviewing reports prepared by projects costing and planning engineers in coordinating with PM’s that showing project status (percent of completion report), procurement tracking sheet, S/C productivity, and monthly report.
6) Oversee MEP inspections, testing & commissioning, and handover documentation.
7) Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve technical issues as they arise on site.
8) Monitor work.

Education and Experience:-
1) Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
2) Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing MEP works on large-scale construction projects.
3) Proven track record in high-rise, infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects.
4) Solid knowledge of international building codes.
5) Proficient in project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project), AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows.
6) Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.
7) PMP certification or similar project management credentials is a plus.
